After hearing about conditions in the Sudan we hope to create a link and help a school there by prayer and money raising

Several members of St. Mary's Mothers' Union made stoles (special scarfs worn by priests) for the Sudanese Bishops coming to England for the Lambeth Conference to take back with them

Various events have been and are being held this year to celebrate the 750th anniversary of the completion of the Cathedral (our "Mother Church") in 1258
