Site of the month

Purpose

There are many websites in existence which relate to Christianity or action that may be promted by it. Some of these are (or will be) linked to by this website. But there are others which may be of interest but don't naturally fit on our site. The "site of the month" corner on the home page is to draw attention to these, along with others which may otherwise be well buried on our site and not spotted by many, or which are considered of special interest. The sites may but won't always be topical.

Suggest a link

At the moment most of the links on this website have been selected by the webmaster. But this site belongs to the whole of St. Mary's Church so please submit your suggestions for links.

This page ...

... gives links to sites that have previously appeared in the site of the month slot.

The Lambeth Conference

February - July 2008

The suggestion was to pray about the forthcoming Lambeth Conference - and possibly to follow the reading plan of the Gospel of John set for those attending the Lambeth Conference.

Now you can read about and see pictures of the event.

Shrinking the Footprint

September 2007 - and for a while before!

For the Church of the 21st Century, good ecology is not an optional extra but a matter of justice. It is therefore central to what it means to be a Christian.
